What you pay is built from a few parts, and each is visible on its own line in your billing screen.

What makes up the bill

The plan — Solo for a one-person business, Team from two people.

A pool package, which covers a number of pools. Beyond the package each pool is charged individually — see why you cannot add another pool.

Add-ons, each switched on and off separately:

• Prospects & quotes — the pipeline, quotes and acceptance.
• Stock & materials — items, locations, counts. **Profitability sits inside this one**, because without material prices there is no cost side.
• Your own sending domain — reports and quotes go out from your address instead of ours.

Term and currency — yearly saves 20 %, quarterly 10 %, and the discount applies to every line, not only the plan. See billing period and currency.

Good to know

Add-ons are per month and reversible. Switching stock off does not delete anything; it makes the module inaccessible.

One part of stock can never be switched off entirely: the material list is a prerequisite for the technician's app, which has to know what can be dosed.

Everything is priced in one place, so what the landing page says and what your bill says cannot disagree.

What it does not do

There are no per-user prices and no usage-based charges. The number of pools is the only thing that scales.

Switching an add-on off mid-period does not refund the remainder.
