The pump reminder

When chemicals go in, the circulation pump has to run so they distribute. The customer is the one standing next to the switch, so they get told twice.

Step by step

1. During the visit, the technician records that they **switched the circulation pump on**.
2. Straight away: the customer gets the pool pump is running, with the reason.
3. When the time is up: they get the pump can go off again.

The waiting time comes from the pump runtime recorded on that pool, so a large pool with a small pump gets a longer wait than a small one.

Good to know

The second message is queued, not sent immediately. It waits out the runtime and then goes.

It is per pool, not per business. The runtime is a property of the equipment, and equipment differs from villa to villa.

Both messages go in the customer's language, like everything else that reaches them.

What it does not do

GardyProp does not switch anything. It has no connection to the pump — it tells a person when to.

If no runtime is recorded on the pool, the second message has nothing to wait for. Record the runtime during the survey.
