Photos and video during a visit
Before and after, plus anything else worth showing — each with the time burned in.
Before you start
A before and after photo is what turns a service report from a claim into a record.
Step by step
- The visit has its own step for the before photo and, near the end, the after photo. One each.
- At any point during the work you can add more photos — damage, equipment, anything else.
- Videos can be added where something has to be seen running.
Good to know
The time is written into the picture. Not stored beside it — drawn onto it. A timestamp in a database can be argued with; one on the photo cannot.
Before and after are one each, and they have their own step, because they belong to the sequence of the visit. The others are as many as you like and appear while you work.
Ten photos per visit. Two of those are reserved for before and after, so eight are free.
Photos go into the customer's report; videos do not. Videos stay on your side.
What it does not do
Photos are not compared automatically. Nothing detects that the water got clearer — the before and after simply sit next to each other and let the customer see it.
There is no way to replace a before photo once the visit has moved on.
