The visit checklist
The steps your business wants done at every pool, in your words.
Before you start
Every service visit shows a checklist. It is yours — you decide what is on it, and it is the same at every pool.
Step by step
- Settings → Field App: write the checklist items.
- On a visit, the technician ticks them off as they work.
- What was ticked appears in the service report the customer receives.
Good to know
Write it in the words your team uses. The list is not translated — GardyProp translates its own labels, not yours. If your team works in Greek, write the items in Greek.
A checklist is not a form. It is a reminder of the round, and it is what makes the report say something concrete instead of pool serviced.
Keep it short. A list of twenty items at forty pools a week is eight hundred taps, and the twentieth item stops being read.
What it does not do
There is no checklist per pool or per customer. One list applies to every service visit.
Items cannot be made mandatory. An unticked item is recorded as unticked, not refused.
